REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Self-Love Prescription, Inc., we put significant time, care, preparation, and intention into the Programs, Products, and Services we create.

Because our offerings vary—from digital experiences and coaching programs to workshops, retreats, yoga experiences, and organizational services—the refund and cancellation terms may differ depending on what you purchase.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our general policies. When a specific Program, Product, Service, event, or agreement includes different refund or cancellation terms, the terms provided for that specific offering will apply.

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & ON-DEMAND EXPERIENCES

Due to the immediate nature of access to digital content and intellectual property, purchases of digital and on-demand Products are generally final and nonrefundable once access has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.

This may include:

Digital courses and programs

On-demand experiences

Email-based experiences

Pre-recorded videos and coaching content

Workbooks, worksheets, and digital resources

Meditations and audio content

Downloadable materials

Other digital educational Products

This includes digital experiences such as The Pause and Living With Presence, unless a different refund policy is expressly stated at the time of purchase.

Please review the description of a digital Product carefully before completing your purchase.

2. COACHING PROGRAMS

Enrollment in a Self-Love Prescription, Inc. coaching Program represents a commitment to the full Program experience.

Because space may be reserved for you and considerable preparation, coaching, resources, curriculum, and support may be provided throughout the Program, choosing to discontinue participation does not automatically entitle you to a refund or release you from your payment obligations.

Any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal terms specific to a coaching Program will be stated in the applicable Program Agreement or enrollment terms.

If you choose to withdraw from a Program, please contact Self-Love Prescription, Inc. as soon as possible.

3. PAYMENT PLANS

When you select a payment plan, you are choosing to divide the total purchase price into multiple payments.

A payment plan is not a pay-as-you-go or month-to-month subscription unless expressly described as such.

By selecting a payment plan, you authorize Self-Love Prescription, Inc. and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided according to the payment schedule presented at checkout or contained in your applicable agreement.

Choosing to stop participating in a Program does not automatically cancel the remaining balance owed under a payment plan.

4. FAILED OR DECLINED PAYMENTS

If a scheduled payment is declined or fails, we may attempt to process the payment again in accordance with our payment processor's procedures.

We may also contact you and request that your payment information be updated.

Access to a Program, Product, community, coaching session, digital resource, or other Service may be temporarily suspended while an account has an outstanding balance.

If you are experiencing an issue with a payment, please contact us promptly so we can determine the appropriate next steps.

Self-Love Prescription, Inc. does not currently impose a standard late-payment fee under this general Refund Policy. We reserve the right to establish or modify a late-payment policy for future purchases. Any applicable late-payment fee will be clearly disclosed before purchase or within the agreement governing that Service.

5. WORKSHOPS, CLASSES & EVENTS

Refund and cancellation terms for workshops, yoga classes, trainings, speaking events, and other live experiences may vary depending upon the event.

The applicable cancellation policy will be communicated on the registration or sales page, at checkout, or in another written communication associated with the event.

Unless otherwise stated, failure to attend a scheduled event does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.

If Self-Love Prescription, Inc. cancels an event and does not provide a reasonable rescheduled date or comparable alternative, registered participants will generally be offered a refund for the amount paid directly to Self-Love Prescription, Inc. for the canceled experience.

6. RETREATS

Retreats require significant advance planning and may involve nonrefundable expenses including accommodations, venue reservations, vendors, food, transportation arrangements, activities, staffing, and other commitments.

For this reason, retreats will have their own cancellation and refund terms, which will be disclosed before registration.

Please review the applicable Retreat Agreement carefully before purchasing.

Unless expressly stated in the Retreat Agreement, this general Refund Policy should not be interpreted as guaranteeing a refund for a retreat cancellation.

7. ORGANIZATIONAL SERVICES

Workshops, yoga experiences, trainings, speaking engagements, consulting, and other Services purchased by organizations may be subject to cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and refund terms contained in the applicable proposal, service agreement, statement of work, invoice, or contract.

Those terms will govern the organizational engagement.

8. FREE EXPERIENCES

No refund is applicable to Programs, Products, resources, workshops, masterclasses, or other experiences provided at no charge.

9. PROMOTIONAL PRICING & DISCOUNTS

Purchases made using promotional pricing, early-bird pricing, discount codes, special offers, or other reduced pricing remain subject to the refund policy applicable to the underlying Program, Product, or Service.

A subsequent price reduction or promotional offer does not automatically entitle a previous purchaser to a partial refund or price adjustment.

10. CONCERNS ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE

We want participants and clients to communicate with us if a concern arises.

If you are dissatisfied with a Program, Product, or Service, please contact Self-Love Prescription, Inc. promptly so we have an opportunity to understand your concern and determine whether an appropriate resolution is available under the terms of your purchase.

Contacting us about a concern does not guarantee a refund when the purchase is otherwise nonrefundable.

11. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there has been an error with your payment or purchase, please contact Self-Love Prescription, Inc. before initiating a payment dispute when reasonably possible.

We reserve the right to provide our payment processor or financial institution with relevant records regarding the transaction, including purchase records, applicable policies, agreements, proof of access or delivery, payment history, and communications relating to the purchase, in response to a chargeback or payment dispute.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to interfere with rights available to you under applicable consumer-protection or payment-card laws.

12. TERMINATION BY SELF-LOVE PRESCRIPTION, INC.

If Self-Love Prescription, Inc. terminates a Service or Program without providing the remaining purchased Services, any refund or credit will be determined based upon the circumstances, the portion of Services already provided, the applicable agreement, and applicable law.

If access is terminated because of a participant's material violation of our Terms & Conditions, Program Agreement, community standards, nonpayment, misuse of intellectual property, or other applicable agreement, refund eligibility will be determined according to the terms governing that purchase.

13. THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES

From time to time, our Website or content may link to Products, Services, events, or resources sold by third parties.

Purchases made directly from another company or individual are governed by that third party's payment, cancellation, and refund policies.

Self-Love Prescription, Inc. is not responsible for issuing refunds for purchases made directly through an independent third party.

14. POLICY CHANGES

Self-Love Prescription, Inc. may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. The refund and cancellation terms applicable to a purchase will generally be those disclosed to you when you made that purchase or entered into the applicable agreement.
